How recent changes in the Czech Republic legislation may affect your IQOption ad campaign?

IQOption would like to inform you about the important changes in the Czech Republic legislation that may require adjustments to your marketing activities in this country.

Due to the recent regulatory requirements, the brokerage companies that do not have an established branch in the Czech Republic (including IQOption Europe Ltd) are allowed to provide services to residents of the Czech Republic on a temporary basis only. Therefore, IQ Option will have to eventually proceed with the closure of trading accounts for residents of the Czech Republic: the existing clients will have their accounts closed in six months, and new traders from this country will be able to trade on IQ Option trading platform only for six months after registration. Please note that this time-frame is not final and may change in the future.

In light of the above, iqoption strongly recommend that you evaluate your marketing campaigns as they may not pay off if solely focused on the target audience from the Czech Republic. We will keep you updated on further developments.
